TimeSync runs as a desktop app on your computer. You link your Google Calendar and Moneybird via OAuth. Then you set up mapping rules: which calendar items go to which Moneybird project. With one click you synchronize everything automatically.
No. TimeSync stores all data locally on your computer in an encrypted database. Nothing is sent to an external server. Only the direct connections with Google and Moneybird.
Yes, you can link multiple Google accounts and choose per account which calendars you want to synchronize. Handy if you have separate work and personal calendars.
TimeSync detects changes and automatically updates the corresponding Moneybird time entry during the next sync. Deleted items are also cleaned up.
TimeSync is currently available for Windows 10 and newer. The app is lightweight and runs in the background with auto-updates via GitHub Releases.
TimeSync starts at €9/month for the Starter plan (1 seat). The Basic plan is €60/month (10 seats), Pro is €165/month (30 seats), and Enterprise is €499/month (100 seats). Extra seats are €8,50 each. Save 2 months with yearly billing. Cancel anytime, no hidden fees.
After subscribing you receive a license key that you enter in the app. Payment is processed via Stripe with iDEAL or credit card. Extra seats are prorated automatically: yearly with yearly billing, monthly with monthly billing. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via the customer portal.
